What you will need to be successful in this role: 
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or related field; master's degree preferred
 
-  8  years in Software Product Management, aviation/aerospace preferred
 
- 4  years leading/owning Product Management for one or more products
 
- 3  years managing teams
 
- Proven track record of success, both personally and for products managed
 
- Experience managing, integrating with, and modernizing ERP systems required (Oracle preferred)
 
- Participation in major ERP migration(s) a plus

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $170,000 to $190,000 annually. This range reflects the base salary for candidates who meet the requirements of the role, including experience, education, and location.
