Report ToAssistant Manager, Training Delivery
Position Summary The role is to assist in administering and coordinating all crew training programs to ensure smooth operations, support scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics for training sessions, monitor training quality and timeliness to maintain high standards, ensure training materials and equipment are prepared, available, and maintained, provide resources and support to training staff, and liaise with contracted ATOs for clear communication and coordination of training activities.
Key Accountability- To participate in and uphold the safety and security policies and procedures in line with operations’ objectives.
- Assist in coordinating all administrative activities related to crew training, including onboarding new trainees, progress monitoring, and ensuring the timely acquisition of course completion certificates.
- Coordinate the updating and maintaining trainee status records with Operations Support, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available at all times.
- Serve as a point of contact for contracted ATOs to facilitate smooth communication and coordination of training activities.
- Support the AM, Training Delivery, in liaising with ATOs to ensure that training programs are delivered according to the organisation’s standards and schedules.
- Maintain and manage all training records and documentation until completion of training, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.
- Assist Operations Support in completing and filing all necessary forms and reports related to training activities.
- Support the AM in addressing any issues or concerns raised by trainees or instructors, ensuring they are resolved promptly.
- Coordinate the logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure that all training-related materials and resources are available and prepared in advance of training sessions.
- Assist the AM, Training Delivery, in monitoring training-related costs and ensuring adherence to the fiscal budget.
- Prepare basic budgetary reports and summaries as required.
- Support compliance with all regulatory requirements related to training delivery and record-keeping.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and reviews, ensuring all documentation and processes meet the required standards.
- Perform general administrative duties as required, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing correspondence related to training delivery.
- Provide administrative support to the AM, Training Delivery, in carrying out other duties as assigned.
Qualification & Working Experience- Diploma and Degree in Aviation, Business Management any related
- IOSA Airline Auditor Training Certificate or Airline Lead Auditor Certificate
- 4 years in airlines
Areas of Experience - 5 years of experience in Airlines Operations or Training & Standard Management
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, capable of working independently with minimal supervision
