Summary and Objective
The Safety Programs Manager oversees the design, administration, and performance of the Safety Management System (SMS) and Internal Evaluation Program (IEP). This role ensures compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a proactive safety culture. The manager will lead all hazard tracking and risk mitigation efforts, facilitate structured risk assessments, and perform in-depth safety data analysis to inform leadership and drive continuous improvement.

Develops and directly manages the Safety Evaluation and Audit Program (SEAP) to ensure company compliance with applicable regulations and internal standards, identifying areas requiring improvement, identifying hazards to operations and monitoring effectiveness of safety risk controls
