Tasks

Your main tasks:

Supporting the IT Governance Manager with various administrative tasks
Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting relevant information
Preparing, updating, and maintaining documentation
Acting as a point of contact between IT Customer Service Agents and the IT Service Management Team, while creating concise articles and procedures

*Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

Your profile:

Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of German is an asset
Student of English and/or German philology, Administration or related
Strong interest in the IT field and eagerness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of ITSM tools is an asset (Jira, ServiceNow)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Quick learner with the ability to work independently when required
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
