In order to complete an internship with us, you must be at least in your 5th Bachelors semester, in your Masters program (current certificate of enrollment and written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or in your Gap Year at the time of the internship.

• You preferably have initial practical experience in the field of HR or valuable experience from other internships or part-time jobs
• You have a talent for organization, a structured and independent way of working and a quick grasp of things
• Your enthusiasm and innovative thinking mean you enjoy creating things
• Reliability, commitment and the ability to learn round off your personality
• You are confident in the use of MS Office products
• You have a very good command of English and German
• Enthusiasm for the topics in the People area
