Responsibilities
Senior Advanced Embedded Engr
•            The candidate will be working on full life cycles activities for Aerospace product software development.   
•            The candidate should have good understanding of avionics products, processes, tools and methodologies and interface with the customer and other stakeholders for the program execution.   
•            The candidate should have good understanding of embedded systems
•            The candidate should have the capability to understand the system requirements and perform full SW life cycle activities (design, implementation and testing).   
•            The candidate should be able to work in large size time and interface with the team lead/customer focal and other stakeholders to carry forward the program execution.
•            Drive technical process, participate in technical reviews and drive actions to closure. Deliver technical white papers/WIDS/Patent/IP.
•            Owner of technical content and deliverables of the team
•            Architect (design-authority) for the team.   
•            Ownership of QEs in terms of work scope, technical approaches, assumptions, risks and opportunities. Reviews effort estimation.
•            Co-own strategies and improvement initiatives for the team
•            Aptitude to independently explore technologies, conceptualize and propose solutions and execute development of new products   
•            Seeking proactive feedback for continuous improvement and Build relationships and collaborating with business partners and stakeholders in SBG’s / SBU’s.   
•            Excellent focus on execution, should ensure responsiveness to customers, team and management.
•            Driving innovation, creating growth ideas relevant to global & local spanets, products and initiatives.   
   
Qualifications
QUALIFICATION:   
B.E. / B. TECH / M.E. / M. TECH in Electronics Engg/ Electrical Engg/Computer Science
EXPERIENCE:   
9+ Years of Experience
Skill Requirement:
The candidate should have   
•            Experience in Embedded Systems with application design with/without RTOS.
•            Experience on Environment Control System and/or Cabin Pressure Control System
•            Prior experience on aerospace safety critical embedded application
•            Strong hands-on experience in Microprocessor and Micro Controller based system architecture, and design.
•            Experience on Software development process and Agile Methodology.
•            Experience on software design and integration testing on bus topologies like AFDX, CAN, A429, UART, I2C.
•            Strong Programming knowledge of C language. Exposure to C++ will be advantage.
•            Experience on change management (e.g. Serena / Clearcase / Clear Quest)   
•            Hands on experience on Modeling Tools such as IBM ELM / Matlab / Simulink   
•            Exposure on RTCA DO-178B/C, C/ED-12C and RTCA DO-330/ED-215 processes.
•            Software and System integration experience
•            Prepare and present Software Architecture, Design, and processes compliance during customer audits
•            Good understanding on Static analysis tools.   
•            Identify automation opportunities, conceptualize, design, and deploy project specific tools using scripting languages like Perl, Python and Java.
•            Strong communication skills
