Essential Responsibilities
Manage systems requirements, specifications, and flow down.
Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing.
Responsible for defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams.
Responsible for driving CTQ / Risk trades within the teams designing the components.
Ensure execution of that overall technology maturation as per the demonstration engine program schedule.
Qualifications/Requirements
Sound and proven experience in an engineering position.
Master’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Materials or Aerospace Engineering preferred
Significant experience in leading multi-disciplined engineering teams
Ability to work successfully in team environment and to build relationship with customers
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at a variety of levels, from detailed design reviews to high-level leadership reviews
Demonstrated proficiency in written, oral, and presentation skills
Fluency in Italian and English
Work VISA, in accordance with local regulation, is required.
