We are looking for inquisitive, driven engineers with a passion to innovate who may possess the following:
- Ability to prioritize, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a team player mindset.
 
- Ability to respond positively to change in a dynamic environment.
 
- Experience in experimental test, evaluation, and risk management.
 
- Experience with FAA and/or military certification processes.
 
- Formal flight test training or courses at a recognized institution.
 
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems and flight dynamics.
 
- Private or commercial pilot license.
 
What You Need to be Successful  
- The Bell flight test engineering team is searching for engineering professionals with the following:
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
 
- Ability to obtain an FAA Class III FAA Medical Certificate.
 
- 5  years of related experience in experimental test, evaluation, and risk management
 
- Articulate verbal and written communication.
 
- Travel up to 20%
