Composite Fabrication Specialist

$21.63-$30.28/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Perform composite lay-up, fabrication, and assembly tasks using established work instructions and engineering drawings

• Execute composite bagging, forming, bonding, and drilling processes

• Conduct tooling preparation and machine setup/operation for production tasks

• Operate fabrication equipment and support overhead crane operations

• Ensure all activities meet quality, safety, and production standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience or training in composite fabrication

• Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions and engineering drawings

• Familiarity with machine operation in a manufacturing setting

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating an overhead crane
