JOB SUMMARY:
The Product Marketing Associate  Intern  works directly with Textron Aviations product spaneting  team members  ,  technical spaneting team, digital & content spaneting team, global events team,  senior business leaders and external stakeholders to develop integrated spaneting  initiatives that will be  distributed across multiple channels, in support of the  ultimate  spaneting strategy. This is a position that focuses spaneting resources to the critical company initiatives that build our collective future.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the execution of  spaneting elements within  the annual spaneting plan and go-to-spanet strategies for products which aligns with the strategic business  focuses  .High level of c  ollaboration with  internal  and external  stakeholders, including Content & Digital,  Brand,  Trade Shows &  Events,  Comm  unications  , Technical Marketing,  Sales  ,  the  b  usiness teams  as well as creative, media and printing agencies  .Aid in the d  evelop  ment of  compelling stor  ies  or unique selling proposition for the products, backed by facts and analysis coordinated with the products overall brand message.Works with outside vendors to supply various graphic needs of the department.Works with minimum supervision using Textron policies and departmental procedures to design and create graphic design projects for internal groups and departments.Maintains top proficiency in all the technical and mechanical areas related to job scope.Creates spaneting materials, banners, posters, and visuals to support trade shows and customer events.Actively engages in personal development.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Pursuing  Bachelors Degree  in:

Business AdministrationCommunicationsMarketingOther  related field
EXPERIENCE:
Marketing experience preferred  Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail Strong team player; especially in cross-functional teams Strong project management skillset, including t  he ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to develop concise and effective communications tailored to specific audiences Professional and diplomatic demeanor Strong sense of accountability  Negotiation skills Presentation confidence Aviation knowledge including  basic flight school completion is helpful but not required 
Applicants must  be authorized to  work lawfully in the U.S. for Textron Aviation at the time of making application, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position, including for F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors who will need employment sponsorship.
Summer internships are  40 hours  per  week  typically from late-May to early-August lasting  10 weeks .
Candidates must be able to work onsite for the entirety of the internship program unless approved otherwise by the hiring manager.
