Invoice Controller is responsible for the accurate preparation and processing of invoices related to engine Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul, events, ensuring timely and contract-compliant billing for companys customers

• Verify completeness and accuracy of invoice data collected during engine events
• Handle and clarify invoice-related complaints
• Create invoices for insurance cases in coordination with damage analysis
• Clarify invoice parameters with relevant departments and make necessary corrections
• Prepare and support discussions involving Customer Service, Shop, and other stakeholders
• Perform post-event cost calculations, analyze deviations, and consult with revenue managers
• Assist PD Engine Accounting with monthly and annual financial statements by providing cost and revenue data

• Degree in Economics, Business, or technical discipline from a recognized university or college
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in English and Polish required
• German is desirable
• Strong command of SAP and MS Office
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, especially IFRS
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp and develop complex concepts
• Proactively takes ownership of tasks and approaches work in a methodical, results-oriented manner
